Maricic Services Group is owner-operated, giving you one dependable local contact who can check the property, document its condition, coordinate approved services, and help address problems before they become expensive surprises.

• Doors, windows, and accessible entry points
• Weather, storm, snow, freeze, and wind-related concerns
• Packages, mail buildup, exterior appearance, and visible HOA concerns
• Other property-specific items agreed upon during setup
CLEAR REPORTING AFTER EVERY VISIT
After each scheduled visit, you receive a dated update with photographs and notes describing the condition of the property. If something appears wrong, MSG contacts you promptly, explains what was observed, and recommends a practical next step.
MORE THAN SOMEONE WHO JUST LOOKS AROUND
When a problem is discovered, MSG can often help resolve it. Minor repairs, preventive maintenance, contractor access, delivery coordination, seasonal preparation, and vendor scheduling are available with owner authorization.
Home Watch visits and reporting are covered by the selected service plan. Repairs, materials, emergency visits, specialty contractors, and third-party services are quoted or billed separately. No additional work is performed without authorization.
BUILT AROUND YOUR PROPERTY
Every home is different. Visit frequency, checklist items, access instructions, communication preferences, and spending authorization are established before service begins. Available options may include monthly, twice-monthly, or customized scheduled visits.

Based in Castle Rock and serving Douglas County communities. Select Colorado mountain and second-home communities may be available through scheduled route service by arrangement.

MSG Home Watch provides scheduled visual observations, documentation, property-care coordination, and authorized maintenance services. It is not a security patrol, professional home inspection, insurance inspection, or full property-management service, and it cannot guarantee that every loss or failure will be prevented.
